It's never as easy as it looks.

Monday, Monday...la, la..la, la, la, la.

What a fantastic day it's been! The sun is shining, and I woke up with a smile on my face. Today my mom and I headed over to The Pump Station for our weekly "Mommy and Me" class. What a difference two weeks makes! The last time I was in class I snoozed through the entire hour, but this time was different. I was awake, alert and ready to rock and roll...

Check out what I did for the first time in my life!

12-23-16

You're probably wondering what those numbers mean. The combination to my locker? Diary? My measurements? Yes, close! Yesterday was my 3-month wellness check up and I've grown. I'm now 12 lbs, 9 oz; 23 inches long, and my head circumference is 16. The doc says I'm in the 40th percentile for my weight, 25th percentile for my height, and 50th percentile for my coconut head.

Just to give you a recap of my growth...

Birth
6 lbs, 14 oz; 19 1/2" (length), 13 1/2" (head).

Five Days
7 lbs, 3 oz; 19 1/2", 13 3/4".

Two Weeks
7 lbs, 10 oz; 20"; 13 7/8".

One Month
8 lbs, 14 oz; 22", 14 1/4".

Two Months
10 lbs, 3 oz; 22 1/2", 15 1/8".

Here's a little vid of me hanging out at the doc's office, showing off my tummy time skills.

Soon my hair will be big enough for a guest appearance on Toddlers and Tiaras and the youngest pageant princess. NOT!

Three months

I'm officially 3-months old as of Saturday, January 30th! Yesterday it was Tore and Jack's birthday party at a park, and I tried to be a big girl and show up proper, but things didn't go as planned. I cried and whined for the first 10-15 minutes we were there. It was an embarrassing intro to a birthday party, but what can I say...I blame "too much stimulation."

Later that evening I was in a better mood. My dad's been trying to teach me how to say "Hello" for the last few months. I'm getting close!
